Representative Cases

  • We defended a manufacturer in a lawsuit seeking over $3,000,000 in damages involving claims for breach of contract and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.  A jury trial resulted in a verdict in favor of our client.

  • We represented a national brokerage company in connection with claims arising out of the sale of securities.  The Plaintiff sought to recover approximately $250,000 for breach of contract, breach of the Texas Securities Act and breach of   the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act.  A jury trial resulted in a verdict in favor of our client.

  • We defended two former employees and their new employer against claims for breach of loyalty, breach of fiduciary duty and theft of trade secrets.  After a one week jury trial in federal court in South Carolina, the jury ruled in our clients’ favor.

  • We defended a manufacturer against claims that it breached a service contract. After a week long trial, the jury ruled in our client’s favor and judgment was entered ordering the other party to pay the remaining amount due under the contract, in addition to attorneys’ fees and court costs.

  • We defended a client against claims for breach of an indemnity agreement seeking damages of $950,000. After a four day trial in federal court in Detroit, Michigan, the jury ruled in our client’s favor.

  • We defended a national manufacturer against claims for tortious interference, conspiracy, fraud and breach of a manufacturer’s representative agreement.  After an eleven day jury trial, the jury ruled in our client’s favor.
