I represent both landlords and tenants. In addition, I represent clients in the purchase and sale of commercial properties.

Besides counseling clients on real estate transactions from simple to complex, I assist in real estate negotiations and in the preparation of commercial leases, acquisition and/or development contracts, loan documents, management agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, and reciprocal easements.
